STUNNING PROPERTY A STONES THROW FROM THE BEACH This tastefully furnished property has been lovingly transformed to offer stylish accommodation. It is a perfect family retreat to explore the Lincolnshire coast and Wolds. Set on a private road in the village of Sandilands near Sutton on Sea with its endless sandy beach and golf course. This is the perfect base for discovering other coastal towns such as Skegness with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 king-size and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Shower room: on the ground floor with WC . Lounge: with woodburner and TV/DVD. There is also an additional library area with seating and a conservatory with seating. Snug: with TV/DVD and patio doors to garden. Kitchen: with Aga (not routinely lit) fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Dining area: located in one of the two conservatories. Utility room: with electric oven and washing machine. Outside: landscaped gardens surround the property with a table and seating area in addition to a BBQ area. Amenities: parking for 3 cars. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach shop restaurant and pub within walking distance.
